Pricing

Because every client has different needs, it's difficult to say exactly how much a service is going to cost, prior to the initial consultation.

Your initial consultation is free of charge, which we provide either over the phone, or on-site depending upon what your service needs are.

Some services are billed by the hour, and some services come with package prices. Hourly rates fluctuate depending upon the situation. For example, if we come to your computer, the hourly rate is higher than if you bring it to us. Some services must be done on-site, and we factor that into the package price.

Most of our services include 90 days of on-site support, and all services include lifetime phone and e-mail support.

Below we have put together some sample rates for you, however we do emphasize that each situation is unique, and we will assess charges on a case-by-case basis.
